How It Works
- Log in to Zapier
- Access your Zapier dashboard
- Create a new Zap
- Click “Make a Zap”
- Set Cognito Forms as the trigger
- Choose “Cognito Forms” → “New Entry”
- Add Microsoft Teams as the action
- Select “Send Channel Message” or “Send Direct Message” in the Teams app
- Connect Teams and pick channel or user
- Map entry fields to message
- Link form fields to Teams message parameters
- Test the Zap
- Submit a test entry and verify Teams message
- Activate the Zap
- Turn on the Zap for ongoing notifications
