How It Works
- Log in to Zapier
- Click Create Zap
- Set Cognito Forms as the trigger
- Choose New Entry (or Entry Updated) and select your form
- Add Calendly as the action
- Pick Create Event or Update Event and connect Calendly
- Map fields
- Assign form data to invitee email, event type, and meeting notes
- Test the Zap
- Submit a sample entry and confirm the event details
- Activate the Zap
- Switch the Zap On for continuous scheduling

- Open your dashboard and click Create a new scenario
- Add Cognito Forms as the trigger
- Choose Watch New Entries (or Watch Updated Entries) and select your form
- Add Calendly as the action
- Pick Create Event (or Cancel Event) and connect Calendly with your token
- Map fields
- Link form data to invitee name, email, event type, and time zone
- Test the scenario
- Run once, submit a test entry, and verify the meeting appears in Calendly
- Activate
- Save and enable the scenario for continuous sync
