How It Works
- Log in to Zapier
- Access your Zapier dashboard
- Create a new Zap
- Click “Make a Zap”
- Set Cognito Forms as the trigger
- Choose “Cognito Forms” → “New Entry” or “New File”
- Add Dropbox as the action
- Select “Upload File” or “Create File” in Dropbox
- Connect your Dropbox account and select folder
- Map entry data and files
- Link Cognito Forms fields and attachments to Dropbox paths
- Test the Zap
- Submit a sample form to verify Dropbox uploads
- Activate the Zap
- Turn on the Zap to enable continuous syncing
