How It Works
- Log in to Zapier
- Access your Zapier dashboard
- Create a new Zap
- Click “Make a Zap”
- Set Cognito Forms as the trigger
- Choose “Cognito Forms” → “New Entry” or “New File”
- Add Box as the action
- Select “Upload File” or “Create File” in the Box app
- Connect your Box account and select the desired folder
- Map fields and files
- Link Cognito Forms fields and attachments to Box paths
- Test the Zap
- Submit a test form entry and verify file upload in Box
- Activate the Zap
- Turn on the Zap to enable ongoing automation

- Add the “Watch New Entries” or “Watch Files” module for Cognito Forms
