How It Works

  1. Open ChatGPT
    1. Log in to your ChatGPT account (paid plan required)
  2. Find Cognito Forms in the app listings
    1. Go to Settings > Apps > Explore Apps and search for Cognito Forms
  3. Connect your account
    1. Click Connect and sign in to your Cognito Forms account
    2. Select the organization you want to connect and click Authorize Organization
  4. Start chatting
    1. Ask ChatGPT to query entries, create submissions, retrieve files, or manage your forms in plain language
