How It Works

  1. Open Claude
    1. Log in to your Claude account (paid plan required)
  2. Find Cognito Forms in the connector listings
    1. Go to Customize > Connectors and search for Cognito Forms
  3. Connect your account
    1. Click Connect and sign in to your Cognito Forms account
    2. Select the organization you want to connect and click Authorize Organization
  4. Start chatting
    1. Ask Claude to create forms, query entries, create submissions, retrieve files, or manage your forms in plain language
