  1. Log in to Zapier
    1. Go to zapier.com and sign in
  2. Start a new Zap
    1. Click “Make a Zap”
  3. Set Cognito Forms as the trigger
    1. Choose “New Entry” and connect your form
  4. Add Knack as the action
    1. Choose to create or update a record
    2. Connect your Knack account using API credentials
  5. Map fields
    1. Assign Cognito Forms fields to Knack fields
  6. Test the Zap
    1. Run a test entry and verify the data in Knack
